The kit is designed for temporary restoration of the operational characteristics of a railway track with an APC-type fastening damaged as a result of a rolling stock derailment.
The product allows you to ensure safe passage of trains until the defect is eliminated (a pass of no more than 50 million gross tons).
The product has passed a set of tests by specialists of MIIT (Moscow State University of Railway Engineering). The studies were carried out to determine the resourcing of retaining capacity in the transverse and longitudinal direction of the path. Tests to preserve the elasticity of the fastening unit of the APC with a repair kit for vertical and transverse stiffness showed a multiple margin of safety.
A positive conclusion was obtained for compliance with the safety standards of NB ZHT CP 122- 2003 "Spring rail fastenings of a jointless track".
